Virginia was godsend as we moved during the pandemic. Virginia came armed with local knowledge, industry experience and financial expert data. She listened, walked us through developments daily and negotiated strongly for our interests. Listed, sold in 6 days. Attentive, positive, able to navigate difficulties as they present. Where's the 6 star button? We love Virginia! Both my dad and I have bought and/or sold a property with her for a total of 8 times in the past 10 years. I own 3 properties now and have no buyer's remorse. She is amazing from start to finish. She's knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and especially of importance to me these days, ethical. She's also fun. Shopping for homes with her is like hanging out with a girlfriend and going shopping, albeit for a much pricier item. She will be with you every step of the way and she has excellent negotiation skills. She cares about you getting the best offer whether you're selling or buying. I could not recommend her more highly.
